The OCEAN IT Service Level Agreement successfully forms the backbone of the relationship between Ocean IT and its Customers ensuring accountability for assigned responsibilities.

Standard Service Level agreements are provided on 3 different levels and in 4 distinct categories in order to comprehensively cover all aspects of IT service management although often it is a combination of services which meet the client's needs effectively.

By segregating the IT function into 4 main categories, tasks can be allocated appropriate levels of importance and response. The overall scope of services that are included in each of the service categories have been formulated to comprehensively cover all aspects of an organisation's IT needs.

Under the MANAGED IT Managed Services Model, time and cost savings generated by automating and remotely resolving IT tasks and issues allow for a greater level of value-adding IT Management activities and projects to be performed (both on-site and remotely); ultimately increasing long term levels of value and productivity.
