  • Hardware Asset Management provides a vital inventory of all desktop machines including model numbers, serial numbers, additional hardware installations/removals.
  • Software License Management (Standard Operating System) ensures all your licences are correct and up to date which means your business will be compliant with requirements and enjoy uninterrupted services.
  • Configuration Change Management will look after all changes to the set-up of desktops and keep a record in case it is required.

  • Routine Imaging of Operating System will take a complete snapshot of your device so that it can be fully restored in the event of a failure.
  • Standard Operating Environment Operating System Management to enable the replication of complete PC set up for the purposes of additional devices and/or restoration of failed devices.
  • Emergency / After Hours service desk support for assistance with standard operating environment 7am to 7pm
