  • Weekly Microsoft Patch Management to keep your servers up to date.

  • Routine Hardware Maintenance Checks & Firmware Upgrades to ensure your hardware platform is working correctly, at maximum performance and without issues which might impact service.
  • Routine UPS Power Failure Simulation Testing in order to ensure your system is protected in the event of a power surge and/or failure.
  • Emergency / After Hours service desk support for remote server availability and performance 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week (excluding public holidays)
